• 250 g zucchini (grated)

• 3–4 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1 inch ginger (grated)
• 1 green chili (optional)
• 2 tablespoons besan (gram flour)
• 1 tablespoon oats powder (optional, extra crispiness के लिए)
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon chili flakes
• ½ teaspoon rock salt (या normal salt)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil / cooking oil

1️⃣ Zucchini preparation
