Boiled Carrot – 2 and 1/2 kg
Coconut – 3 cup
Cornflour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 or 3 cup
Cardamom – 4 no’s
Cow Ghee – 1 cup
Cashewnut – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Note :stir without holding the bottom
