Here’s a video of what I tend to eat day-to-day with some meal ideas, recipe ideas and showing you a few products I swear by! I eat gluten free and mostly dairy free too (the only dairy I eat is cheddar cheese and sometimes a bit of chocolate!) See timings below to skip to certain meals.
I get a lot of messages on my Instagram from people who have recently found out that they are coeliac or gluten/dairy intolerant and I thought it would be great to put a video together of some of my favourite products for you all.

I ended this video with a ‘how-to/step by step’ of me putting together my girlfriend’s birthday Afternoon Tea too. This features a mixture of gluten and non-gluten products though as she isn’t gluten free herself.

2:00 BREAKFAST- Banana peanut butter oats
3:50 SNACK- Vegan vanilla protein shake
4:25 DINNER- Turkey chow mein stir fry
5:30 DINNER- Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie
7:35 BRUNCH- Poached egg crumpets
8:24 LUNCH/DINNER- Hunters chicken with sweet potato wedges
8:31 DINNER- Chicken Fajitas
8:41 STEAMER
9:10 DINNER- Healthy Fish and Chips (Steamed salmon, sweet pots and veg)
9:37 BREAKFAST/LUNCH- Chicken and avocado ciabatta roll
10:11 SNACK- Sweet potato fries and dips
10:33 LUNCH/DINNER- Spicy chicken wraps (TASTES LIKE MCDONALDS CHICKEN MAYO!)
