These are the easiest Air Fryer recipes…perfect for those who are new to the air fryer.

Roasted Chickpeas in Air fryer
INGREDIENTS
15.5 ounces canned chickpeas – drained and rinsed
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tblsp white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels.
Place in air fryer basket and arrange in a single layer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
After 5 minutes, open air fryer and spray chickpeas with nonstick cooking spray.
Continue cooking; Stirring chickpeas every 5 minutes.
When chickpeas have finished cooking, remove from air fryer immediately
Let them cool and Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

My Substitutions to make it WW friendly for myself:
Remember I halved this recipe too!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter Olive Oil Spray
1 cup diced onion
4 garlic cloves minced
2 pounds ground beef I use grass fed
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs beaten
3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika I like to use Smoked Paprika.
Salt and pepper to taste
Meatloaf Glaze
3/4 cup ketchup I use Primal Kitchen unsweetened
2 tablespoons brown sweetener I used 1 TBLSP Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper adjust to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 – 6 oz Mini Meatloaf’s – 8 SP Each on Green!

Shrimp Scampi
1-pound medium shrimp
1 lemon
2 tblsp minced garlic
Cilantro
Cook on fish setting for about 7 minutes
Whole pound of Shrimp is 3 SP on Green!
