Ingredients :-
Sevai/Vermicelli : 1 cup
Potato: 1 Medium (cut in small cubes)
Onion: 1 Medium (finely chopped)
Green Chilli: 2 small (finely chopped)
Ginger : 1 cm (finely chopped)
Tomato: 1 small (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Ghee: 2 tsp
Mustard seed: 1/4 tsp
Cumin: 1/4 tsp
Chana Dal: 1/2 tsp
Hing: 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves: 10/15
