Special Paneer Sandwich – आसान और झटपट पनीर सैंडविच – Veg Sandwich : Easy Breakfast / Snack Recipes
Hi friends, today we will make very easy and tasty Paneer Sandwiches. It is a very simple recipe, and is ready in minutes. You don’t need very elaborate cooking skills for this recipe. It is a delicious snack, tiffin, and breakfast recipe using bread and paneer (cottage cheese).
Ingredients:
150 gm Paneer (cottage cheese)
1 green chilli, finely chopped
2 Tbsp coriander (cilantro) or parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Cumin seeds, dry roasted
2 tsp Carom seeds (caraway seeds), dry roasted
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
4 to 6 bread slices
Butter to pan fry sandwiches.
Serve hot.
Finely chopped Onions, Capsicum, boiled sweet corn, etc optional.
You can adjust the filling and seasoning as per your taste.
You can also add Cheese or Mayonnaise to the filling.
This recipe makes about 2 to 3 sandwiches.
