Ingredients

Sauce ** only need about ¼ of this recipe for the meal**

½ cup fresh ginger
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon rosemary
A little water for blending
Salt to taste

Veggies **season to taste but this is a guide that can be added on or subtracted from**

1 red bell pepper
1 red/purple onion
1 can of bean sprouts
A ‘bunch’ of green onions
4 tomatoes
A small pack of baby Bella mushrooms
Quinoa and wild rice
½ tablespoon cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon basil leaves
Salt to taste — if needed
