INGREDIENTS
2 & half cups wheat flour
1 cup chopped Methi / fenugreek
1 cup coriander/ Kothmir
1 & half cup chopped spinach / palak
2 boiled beet root paste / 1 cup = boil beet in a cooker for 3 whistles
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Green chilly paste
2 tbsp. cumin coriander powder
1 tsp. Asafoetida / hing
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
2 tbsp. sesame add in a dough & 3 tbsp sesame for sprinkles on paratha
5 tbsp. oil add in a dough
Oil for roasted paratha as required
Salt to taste.& 10 curry leaves
Water as required
1 tsp. Carom seeds / Ajwain .
