Ingredients

Jaggery-3/4th cup
Banana-1
wheat Flour-3/4 th cup
Rice Flour-2 tbsp
Milk-3 tbsp
coconut-1/4 cup
cardomom powder-1/2tsp
soda-1/2 tsp
Salt
oil and ghee

Take a pan add jaggery and water melt it…
Take a bowl add Banana, wheat flour, rice flour,soda,salt,milk, cardomom powder, coconut .. mix it well like a nice batter…
Heat a paniyaram pan and add little bit oiland ghee, add batter… cook it in medium flame and turn it …. lets enjoy the healthy snacks recipies….
