5 days of what i had for breakfast!
i realise there is something in my nose when im eating the sweet potato toast and i am cringing massively pls be kind lol
mug cake:
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp oats
1 egg
3 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp apple sauce
optional* tbsp maple to sweeten
*i dont have a big sweet tooth so the banana and apple was sweet enough for me
