Ingredients:
3 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1/2 cup sugar of choice
1/2 cup oil or butter

Directions:
First start off by melting your oil of choice whether its butter, coconut oil or regular vegetable oil. Add it to a large mixing bowl and add the 1/2 cup of sugar like granulated, brown sugar, honey or a mixture of them all. Mix the two ingredients together and add the 3 cups of oatmeal. At this point you can add whichever nuts or seeds you choose to add or even shredded coconut. Add the granola to a baking sheet with non stick spray and bake it for 30 minutes at 350 F. until lightly golden brown. If you want loose granola, flip it half way through while baking. Remove it from the oven and allow it to cool on the tray because this is when it will become crunchy. Scrape the granola with a spatula and add any other mix ins you choose like chocolate chips or dried fruits. Store the granola in an air tight container for 2 weeks.
