Ingredients:
-3 lbs 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (1,360g raw)
-9 Mission Carb Balance Burrito Tortillas (900 calories total – 100 each)
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (224g)
-1 Medium Yellow Onion (~200g), finely diced
-1 Cup Diced Pickles (~150g)
-1.5 Cups Diced Tomatoes (~250g)
-2 tsp Salt (12g)
-1.5 tsp Black Pepper (4g)
-2 tsp Garlic Powder (6g)
-2 tsp Onion Powder (6g)
-1 tsp Paprika (2g)
Big Mac Sauce:
-3/4 Cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (180g)
-1/8 Cup Light Mayo (30g)
-2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard (32g)
-2 Tbsp Ketchup (32g)
-3 tsp Pickle Juice (12g)
-1 tsp Onion Powder (2g)
-1 tsp Paprika (2g)
-Salt to taste

Instructions:
1.) Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
2.) Cook ground beef and onion with seasonings until browned.
3.) Mix Big Mac sauce.
4.) Stir tomatoes, pickles, cheddar, and sauce into the beef.
5.) Divide into 9 tortillas and roll into burritos. Optional: Toast 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
