I show the WW friendly meals that we ate for dinner in a week on WW (Weight Watchers) MyWW plan. I also show the points for each meal on the green, blue and purple plans.

Bubble up Pizza:

Crock Pot Turkey Chili:
1 Lb uncooked turkey sausage
15 oz canned pinto beans
2 14 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
4 oz diced green chiles
1 bunch cilantro
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Coleslaw:
16 oz bag of coleslaw
2/3 cup greek yogurt
4 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp calorie free sweetener
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Turkey lasagna:
1 Lb lean ground turkey
4 cups marinara sauce (I only used 3)
8 oz or 12 lasagna noodles
16 oz part skim ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese
1 Lb fresh spinach (I only used 8 oz)
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Pie:
1 8oz container fat free whipped topping
3 Yoplait whips
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 graham cracker crust ( I made mine with 1 sleeve reduced fat graham crackers, 4 Tbsp light margarine and 2 tsp stevia)
