These healthy banana chocolate chip blondie bars are moist, dense, and delicious. Plus, the banana and chocolate chip combo is the best. And you don’t have to bake them in the oven. Just put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes!

They are also super easy to make. With just 5 basic ingredients, these banana blondies make a fun, healthy treat for kids.

Healthy Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars Recipe

1/4 C. Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 C. Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
1/2 C. Organic Coconut Flour
1/4 C. Chocolate Chips (Enjoy Life)
2 Small Bananas

1. Mash the bananas.
2. Add coconut flour.
3. Blend maple syrup and almond butter in a separate bowl. Microwave until melted (about 1 minute.)
4. Mix the maple syrup and almond butter well.
5. Add the coconut flour – banana mixture to the maple syrup and almond butter.
6. Mix well.
7. Add the chocolate chips.
8. Spread into a baking pan.
9. Put in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
