This Healthy Banana Protein Cookies recipe is an easy simple ingredients recipe that you could make as a healthy meal prep snack. INGREDIENTS
1 Large Banana
1 Large Egg
2 Large Egg whites
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
2 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
3 Packets Fruit Monk Sweetener Optional
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips Reese Flavor
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl add the following ingredients: banana, egg, egg whites, protein powder, rolled oats, cinnamon, and Monk fruit sweetener. Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
Preheat oven to 375F. Take out a baking pan and make 15 Banana protein cookies. Place them in the oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, check the cookies and let them sit for 5 minutes to cool.
Move then over to a meal prep container and store for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
