I am planning to uproot the vegetables that have bolted this weekend, but I would hold off on it for a couple more weeks, so we would have enough veggies in case we go on a lockdown because of COVID-19 or corona virus. People are panic buying! Shelves at grocery stores are empty and lines are very long. Husband went to a Filipino grocery store and bought 14 pounds of shrimp and some canned goods – sardines, corned beef, luncheon meat, coconut milk and jackfruit. In this video, I will also show you what we have in our pantry.
