Therali Appam Recipe is a sweet snack recipe made using fresh Bay Leaf. The word Therali in this recipe means Bay Leaf. This recipe is very famous in Kerala and is usually made as an offering to some of the deities during Puja. Bay leaf give an authentic flavour to the sweet.
