Zucchini (Pan fried in Garlic & Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pine Nuts (Toasted in a dry pan).
Cauliflower (Roasted @ 180c for 15 mins in Olive Oil, Smoked Paprika, Salt & Pepper)
