COOK AND CLEAN WITH ME 2020. EASY AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST & DINNER IDEAS, plus my NIGHTLY CLEANING ROUTINE. Today we’re doing an all-day cook and clean with me, I hope this video gives you some extreme cleaning motivation. Be sure to check out the recipes down below! ⤵️
**SWEET POTATO WAFFLES**
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 cup cooked & mashed sweet potato
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp vanilla bean ghee
1 1/2 cups oat milk
3 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
**CORNBREAD & BROCCOLI MUFFINS**
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup coconut milk (or oat)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup cornmeal (can sub for coconut flour)
1 cup cassava flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon fine salt
¼ cup butter or oil, melted
2 eggs
1 tablespoon honey
⌲ You can also add cheese, 1/4 cup of cheddar would taste really good
▶︎ Bake @ 375 for 15-17 minutes ◀︎
**VEGGIE & BEEF CHILI**
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small yellow onion, diced (1 cup)
1 cup rice cauliflower
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup dried black lentils
1 cup dried black beans
1 lb grass-fed beef
2 cans organic diced tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons ground chili powder
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon (each): dried basil, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, paprika
1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
▶︎ Sauté beef & vegetables, add all other ingredients, stir and cook on high for 10-15 mins ◀︎
