A foooood video! 🥪 I’ve seen ‘What I Eat In A Day’ videos around but I’ve never thought that I would film one one day until a few of you started requesting for food-related videos! Since I’m on a diet, I’ve been opting for lower calories (yet delicious and filling) meals and after doing some calculations, the total amount of calories consumed this day is only approximately 1,300ish which is surprisingly low! 😋 Hence, I thought it’d be nice to share with you how I cook them and the ingredients I used as well. I didn’t plan to make this into a recipe video, the soba noodles especially I just grabbed whatever I had left in my refrigerator, and I often eyeball everything when I cook so I apologise if there are a few inaccurate measurements! Nevertheless, I hope you guys enjoy this video and try to cook up these recipes yourself! Take care and stay safe! x
