Crispy Chana
Ingredients
200g Kabuli chana
2-3 tsp peri peri masala
1 -1.5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Method
1. Soak the chana overnight
2. Pressure cook it with water and salt for 5 whistles on high flame. Then cook it on low flame for 5 mins.
3. Once its cooled down, strain the chana and check it.
4. Preheat the oven @180 degree Celsius and line the oven tray with a foil paper.
5. Put the chanas on the lined tray and bake it for 30-35 mins .
6. Once its baked , in a bowl put the baked chana , add 1-1.5 tbsp olive oil and mix it . Add the peri peri masala and mix it well.
