TOPIC – Day 1 – Healthy Navratri Fast Recipes – Salad | Weight Loss Recipes | 8 Days 8 Recipes for Fast

Hi Friends,

As I said, every year during Navratri I detox my body. I try to eat raw fruits and vegetables and more healthy food during this time and avoid junk completely.

This time I thought of sharing all those healthy Navratri fast recipes with you guys too. I don’t fast as such but I try to eat healthy during this time to cleanse my body. But if you have fast or if you are fasting during navratri, do try these recipes as these are not just healthy but unique and interesting too.

The idea is to make this festival more exciting with something different. We always eat the same sabudana khichadi or vadas or kuttu ki poori with pumpkin sabzi or fried potatoes. Although these are tasty food but I get really bored by eating the same food all the time during every fast season. And on top of that, these are not at all good for the body when you decide to fast. These are full of carbohydrates and not easy on your stomach.

Do try these 8 recipes for 8 days of Navratri and I am sure you will feel light, healthy and good about your body and yourself.
