Ingredients
• Couscous – 1/2 cup
• Boiled Chana – 1/2 cup
• Onion, Chopped – 1 large
• Capsicum, Chopped – 1 large
• Tomato, Chopped – 1 large
• Boiling water – 1 cup
• Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
• Cumin or Jeera Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
• Dry Red Chilli Flakes – 1/4 teaspoon
• Tomato Paste – 1 teaspoon
• Pepper Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
• Coriander, Chopped – 1 tablespoon
• Coconut oil – 1/2 tablespoon
• Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
• Salt to taste
Preparation
• Add couscous to a bowl and pour boiling water
• Add chilli flakes, cumin and chilli powder, tomato paste, coconut oil and combine well
• Cover and let it soak for 5 minutes
• Open and gently fluff the couscous and add remaining veggies
• Add pepper powder, lemon juice and salt and combine well
• Yummy and healthy Couscous Chickpea salad with veggies is ready!
