A very simple stew recipe but loaded with healthy and nutritious ingredients. Usually, a stew takes too much of your time to prepare, but this one is a simplified version that wouldn’t take your whole day. It can actually be made in less than an hour!
Ingredients:
½ Pork Sausage, cut into rounds
½ small carrot, cut into rounds
2 tbsp. Leeks, cut into rounds
1 oz. chopped Tomatoes
3.5 oz. Cabbage, chopped
¼ cup Chicken Stock
1 Bay leaf
Black pepper and salt to taste
1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
Procedure:
1. In a saucepan add cooking oil.
2. Add chopped carrots.
3. Add leeks and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Now add sausages and cook until browned, 5 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add water.
7. Add chopped cabbage.
8. Simmer for 15 minutes.
9. Season with black pepper and salt. Add 1 bay leaf and stir.
10. Cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
