Healthy whole wheat banana muffins with no sugar and no maida (all-purpose flour)

Ingredients:
4 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup butter
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 sp nutmeg powder
Method:
•Mash the bananas and set aside
•Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk until pale and slightly frothy
•Add maple syrup, melted butter, and mashed bananas. Mix until well combined
•In the same bowl, add whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
•Gently fold the batter until no dry flour remains (do not overmix)
•Fill the muffin molds up to 90%
•Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
