Recipe :

* Take 250 ml lukewarm water in a bowl, add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp instant yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes to activate.
* Add 300 g all-purpose flour, 2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix until it forms a soft dough.
* Cover and refrigerate the dough for 2 hours to proof.
* Take it out, transfer to a greased baking tin, and spread it evenly. Let it proof again for 30 minutes.
* Stretch and shape the dough as desired, then top with veggies and garlic butter to create a design.
* Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
