Keto Soup – Vegetarian Soup – Keo Vegetarian – ketogenic diet
Abigayle Keto diet
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mushroom (As desired)
1 carrot
1 radish head ( in the video, I confused a parsnip for a radish-head, but I recommend you use a radish head.
A celery stick
Small onions
Vegetable Broth
Onion powder
Turmeric
Vegetable bouillon
Vegetable broth or chicken broth as desired
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Salt and Pepper

Steps:
1. Chop the vegetables
2. Put some avocado oil (or any oil of your choice)
3. Add the mushrooms and shallot only for a little, just before they brown
4. Add the rest of the vegetables
5. Pour the stock of your choice ( I added ready-made vegetable stock)
6. Add some onion powder, turmeric, and Vegetable bouillon
(you can also use a chicken-flavored bouillon)
7. Add salt and pepper
8. leave on heat for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are cooked and the soup comes to a boil
9. Ready to serve!
