Jaggery Bread Sandwich
Happy to share this healthy snacks. Instead of jam, jaggery is used, good for health, rich in iron. It tastes very good like a jam.
To buy chemical free, dust free Nattu Sakkarai, ( Sugarcane sugar / Brown Sugar)

Recipe
Brown bread
Boiled milk
Jaggery
Ghee
Banana, cooked sweet potato
Cardamom powder, dry ginger powder.
In little milk add jaggery powder, cardamon powder, dry ginger powder, mix. Dip the bread as shown, take at once, toast in tawa with Ghee.
Once it toasted, switch off, sprinkle jaggery powder, both side. Jaggery melts like a jam and stick to the bread.
Clean the tawa, before making next batch.
Toast bread without dipping in milk. Add Ghee both side, once it is toasted, switch off, sprinkle jaggery.
Keep banana slices, cooked sweet potato slices in between breads and make sandwich.
