Soak Rice and mixed Dal for 30 minutes…. Seive after ,Take a pressure cooker and add ghee, turmeric ,Jeera , Ginger , Onion , Cumin,Tomato and Green chilli and sauté one by one and add soaked rice and lentils and pour water in .. and wait for 6 to 7 whistles… Healthy, wholesome, one Khichdi with lentils, rice makes an amazing comfort food at this period…..
