This is the way I am keeping myself sane during the self isolation period! Cooking different- low calorie meals (Some aren’t low calorie, I must admit… I may come out of this quarantine a pound or two heavier. That is okay though!)
Being able to use what is around the house right now is vital. Sticking together and staying home to #stopthespread is the best for us all.

Healthy Meal For Two: Rice, Beef and Peppers Edition

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Basmati Rice- 150 Calories
1/4 lb of Ground Beef- 244 Calories
1 Red Bell Pepper- 37 Calories
1/4 Spanish Onion- 17 Calories
1/4 Minced Garlic- 1 Calorie
1 Teaspoon of Butter- 50 Calories
1 Tablespoon of Lite Soy Sauce- 8 Calories
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Total Calories = 507
