chopped salad: (2-3 servings)
1 head iceburg lettuce, chopped into skinny shreds
2 tomatoes cut into bite-sized chunks
1/4 of a red onion cut into thin strips
4-6 slices of salami cut into long strips
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese cubed
2 capfuls of white wine vinegar, 2 capfuls of olive oil, salt, pepper (I like to do a 1:1 oil and vinegar ratio)
avocado,cucumber, tomato salad:
1/3 of an avocado
1 persian cucumber
1 tomato off the vine
balsamic vinegar (any vinegar works whatever you prefer), oil 1:1 ratio (for personal salads I do 1/2 cap of olive oil to 1 cap of vinegar), salt and pepper.
