Atta Jeera Biscuit Recipe ( Odia ) | Healthy Atta Biscuit by mrunalinee | Biscuit Recipe : Here I have shown the healthy way of making jeera biscuit using whole wheat atta. Atta jeera biscuit can be stored in an air-tight container for a long time ( more than 30 days ). Must try this super crispy, crunchy and healthy Atta jeera biscuit at home .
Ingredients :
1. Whole wheat atta – 1½ cup ( 1 cup = 125 gm )
2. Cumin seeds ( raw ) – 2 tbsp
3. Butter ( Amul – Salted ) – 100 gm ( you can also use unsalted butter )
4. Salt to taste ( or 1/4 tsp ) ** Use a little more salt for unsalted butter **
5. Powdered Sugar – 2 tbsp
6. Boiled milk ( for brushing )
