Ingredients
Walnuts – 2 cups
Oats – 1cup
Dates – 7
Maple syrup -3tbsp
Cardamom powder – as per taste
Or
Vanilla essence – 1tsp
Salt – a pinch
Blend everything together into a dough and make small balls out of it and roll it in chopped nuts of your choice , desiccated coconut, almond flour or coconut flour or anything of your choice.
