In this video we are going to make two easy recipes for breakfast or snacks, using Roti or paratha or tortilla. These recipes are also great to use up any leftovers. Moreover, during such trying times of coronavirus lockdown and janta curfew, we could use some simple, healthy, filling and tasty recipes, which can be prepared using few and easily available ingredients.
The first snack is similar to a burrito. It has a cheesy noodle filling, which is very well complimented by its crispy outer shell. The second one is on the lines of a quesadilla, but a desi version of it. It goes one step ahead and also uses up leftover cooked vegetables.
Needless to say, these are both versatile basic recipe suggestions, which you can alter as you desire. Change the fillings with whatever you have on hand, and customize it as per your taste.
They are very healthy compared to mindless junk food snacking, and if you use whole wheat flatbreads, that makes it even more nutritious. Both kids and adults will absolutely love these.
Serve hot with your favourite sauces.
