Our today’s recipe is made with flattened rice or ‘Poha’ named as Poha Tikki. It is a healthy and tasty snack which can be given to kids in their lunch box or can be eaten as evening snack. This is a shallow fried snack, served hot with tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, tamoto ketchup or sweet curd. I personally like this with kabuli chana.
