Hi friends, hopefully everyone is doing good and trying to stay home and safe. I’m going to start sharing some healthy recipes during the week. Please let me know if you like this and want me to continue making healthy food.

Ingredients:
1 cup Black Chanay. (Black Chickpeas)
1 Avocado.
1/2 Red Onion.
1/2 Tomato.
1 Lemon.
2-3 leafs Romaine Lettuce.
Fresh Cilantro.
Green Chili Pepper.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tsp Sumac.
Imili Chutney. (Optional)

Recipe:
Soak kalay chanay (Black Chickpea) over night. Add 4 cups of water and soaked chanay in the pressure cook. Pressure cook the black chanay for 3-4 minutes. Drain the chanay.
Add chanay in a salad bowl. Add chopped avocado, red onion, tomato, romaine lettuce, fresh cilantro and green chili pepper. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Add salt, cumin seed powder and sumac. Add olive oil. Mix it well. Add imili chutney. Enjoy.
