Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients: 1 Serving
1 cup Rolled Oats (rolled oats are best, vs. steel-cut or quick-cooking)
1 cup Milk (or sub other dairy-free milk, such as coconut, soy, or hemp!)
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder (optional)
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter or almond butter (creamy or crunchy // or sub other nut or seed butter)
Sweetener of your choice (note: I do not add any)
Toppings of your choice (fruits or seeds)
Method :
Option 1 : As shown in the video start adding Oats, Chia seeds, cinnamon powder, Milk and then Peanut Butter.
Mix everything well and keep in the fridge overnight. Next morning, add more milk if you wish. Add toppings of your choice like fruits or seeds.
Warm it up if you feel its too cold to eat and serve immediately.
Option 2 : In a bowl, tiffin or mason jar add warm milk, next add peanut butter and mix until peanut butter incorporates well with milk.
Once done all other ingredients. Keep it in the fridge. Next morning, if you wish, add more milk and warm it up if it’s too cold to eat. Add toppings of your choice and Enjoy your Breakfast.
