Simply follow the recipe in the video and you will enjoy healthy, low calorie, low carb and gluten-free pancakes with high protein content.

While we are doing some maintenance on our website we will just list the recipe below:
4 eggs
3 tbsp protein powder
2 tbsp ground seed flour
4 heaping tbsp pumpkin puree
4 tbsp of milk or water
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp powdered Erythritol/ Stevia
Makes 11 medium pancakes
