Healthy and weight loss Oats Recipe:

Ingredients :
Oats : 4 tablespoons
Lentil( cooked) : 1cup
Egg: 1
Methi powder : 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking Method :
At first put cooked lentil in the hot pan. Then put oats, egg, methi powder in the pan. Mix all ingredients very well. After few minutes healthy oats is ready to serve.
