How to make Hummus 3 Ways With Salsa & Crackers at HOME

Chickpeas 200gms
Garlic 50gms
Olive Oil 50ml
Sesame Seeds 30gms
Cashewnuts 50gms
Beetroot 1pc
Basil Few Leaves
Corn 100gms
Chickpea Water 200ml
Cucumber 200gms

Seasonings (Salt, Chilli Flakes) To Taste
Crackers 8-9pcs
Lemon Juice 20ml

For the Hummus :-
Soak 2 cups of chickpeas in water for an hour. Add the chickpeas to a pressure cooker and cook for 10-15 minutes(4-5whistles)
For basil & corn, toast sesame seeds, cashewnuts & garlic in a pan.
Add the mixture to a blender with chickpeas, a pinch of salt, few basil leaves, 1/2cup boiled corn kernels and olive oil. Blend to a fine paste and serve.
For Beetroot hummus, repeat the same process mentioned above and instead of Basil & corn, add 50gms of boiled beetroot.

For the original hummus, repeat the same process adding just sesame, garlic, cashews, olive oil & salt.

Serve the flavoured hummus with strips of cucumber & plain whole wheat crackers.
