Healthy Banana Bread/Pan de Plátano Nutritivo
Recipe/Receta
Ingredients:
– cups of whole wheat flour
– 3 ripe bananas
– 2 eggs at room temperature
– 1/2 cup of maple syrup
– 1/3 cup of coconut oil or olive oil
– 1/2 cup of milk
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Ingredientes:
– 2 tasas de harina integral de trigo
– 3 plátanos maduros
– 2 huevos a temperatura ambiente
– 1/2 tasa de miel de maple
– 1/3 tasa de aceite de coco o aceite de oliva
– 1/2 tasa de leche
– 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
– 1/2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
– 1 cucharadita de canela molida
– 1/2 cucharadita de sal
