Veggie- 100 Grams (any veggies you like- eg- onion, bell pepper, mushroom,
spring onion, broccoli, lettuce, coriander, cherry tomato)
Boil Eggs- 4
Ghee- 10 Grams
This includes-
Calorie- 160/ Protein- 13 grams/ Carbs-4 grams/ Fat- 10 grams
