Quick, Easy, and Delicious Healthy Snacks for everyone!
5 Snacks in 5 Minutes

I get so many messages on social media asking what I eat to either lose weight or maintain my weight. I don’t like junk food, always opt for tasty snacks that are healthy. My motto: You are what you eat. I hope you love my snacks!

Below I have a little cheat sheet of all 5 snacks I discussed in the video:

SNACK 1

Ingredients for non-dairy yogurt dip:
» 1/2 cup of unsweetened soy yogurt (or any plant-based yogurt_.
» 1/2 tsp of organic maple syrup
» dash of organic cinnamon

SNACK 2
Vegan Butter Popcorn
» I Earth Balance Organic Whipped

SNACK 3
Vegan Smoothies
Ingredients for Very Berry Smoothie:
» 1 cup (or more) of plant-based milk (I use Ripple Unsweetened Vanilla)
» 1 cup of frozen blackberries, strawberries, banana, mango
(you can swap out the berries you like, example: blueberries, etc)
» 1/2 cup of organic vegan vanilla protein powder
» organic honey (add as much as you want)
» a handful of spinach (I love that you can’t taste it)

Ingredients for Tropical Island
» 3/4 cup (or more) of coconut milk/or a plant-based milk
» 1 cup of frozen pineapple, mango, and banana (you can add more pineapple if you do not like some of those ingredients)
» 1/4 cup of organic shredded coconut (if you don’t use coconut milk)
» organic honey or organic agave (add as much as you like)

SNACK 4
Organic Brown Rice Cakes with Organic Strawberry Jam and
Organic Nut Butter

SNACK 5
Chicken and Veggie Kabobs
» you can season & marinate the chicken how you like. I recommend salt, pepper, melted vegan butter, and premade or homemade pesto (I like vegan pesto, instead of regular when I am eating cleaner). Because this is quick and easy snacks, I recommend the premade vegan pesto from Trader Joe’s
» I add red peppers, green peppers, yellow peppers, purple onion, white onion, sliced carrots. You can make this a vegan kabob and load it with veggies!
