Oats Appam is a recipe for quick and healthy breakfast. It can be served as a breakfast or kid’s lunch box. You can add vegetables as your choice.

You can serve this appam with your choice of Coconut Chutney, Peanuts Chutney, Coriander Chutney and so many other Chutneys.

Ingredients:

1 cup oats
1/2 cup rava
1 fine chopped onion
1 fine chopped green chilli
1 inch piece of grated ginger
8-9 curry leaves
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 spoon mustard seeds
1 cup dahi (yoghurt)
1 sachet ENO
Salt as per taste

To make these Appam you need the Appam pan. this oats appam is a healthy approach for those who are calories conscious.
