I made this recipe under quarantine lockdown with whatever I had at hand. Also, if you have a sweet tooth like me but also wish that what you eat is healthy, THIS IS IT! I am not kidding! Not a bite of this felt like there is a compromise in taste and it is officially better than any banana bread I have had!
