– 1 small apple, cored, skin on

– roughly 1/3 cup fresh cilantro with stems
– 1.5 cups organic spinach – fresh or frozen
– juice of 1 lemon
– 1 cup coconut water
– 2 cups water
– 1 tsp spirulina or chlorella
*optional: 1 Tbsp jalapeno – seeds removed*

Chia Seed Pudding
– 1/2 cup chia seeds
– 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk, or any non-dairy milk
– 1 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener, can sub for maple syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla
– a few dashes of cinnamon
– berries
– walnuts

Detox Salad
– 2 cups carrots, shredded

– 1 cup quinoa, dry
– 1 large yam
– 2 bunches of bok choy

– full fat coconut milk
– Better Than Bouillon vegetable broth paste or veggie broth
– lemon grass paste
– chillis
– zucchini, green onion, cilantro, lime
