Ingredeints;
For cooking veggies:

• Saunf (fennel) – ½ tsp
• Jeera (cumin) – ½ tsp

Paneer cutlet mixture:
• Paneer – 1 ½ cup, grated
• Boiled potato – ¾ cup, mashed
• Bread crumbs – ½ cup
• Coriander leaves – ¼ cup, chopped
• Chilly flakes – ½ tsp
• Chaat masala – ¾ tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Salt – ½ tsp. (as per taste)
• Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Other ingredients:
• Oil for shallow frying
• Tomato ketchup
