Instructions:

Apple Chips
1) Cut the apple into thin slices and remove the seeds.
2) Coat apples with cinnamon. You can also add cinnamon after the apple chips are air fried if you rather add it before the cooking process.
3) Air fry at 365 degrees for 14 minutes and flip halfway.
4) Let the apple chips cool for 5 minutes until crisp.
5) Enjoy! Best eaten the same day.

Kale Chips
1) Wash and pat dry kale leaves. In this recipe, I used organic kale.
2) Peel kale leaves off the stem.
3) Tear leaves in bite size pieces.
4) Drizzle olive oil, add salt and black pepper.
5) Toss together.
6) Bake for 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes. If using the air fryer, bake for 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes and flip halfway.
7) Enjoy! Can store up to one week.

Chickpeas (Or Garbanzo Beans)
1) Drain liquid from chickpea can and pat the chickpeas dry.
2) Air fry at 390 degrees for 5 minutes in order to dry out the chickpeas. This is crucial so that the chickpeas can get very crispy.
3) Coat with olive oil and air fry at 390 degrees for 12 minutes shaking the pan every 5 minutes.
4) Season with chipotle and salt. You can also add garlic powder and paprika too!
5) You can store up to a month. Enjoy!
