While in quarantine, my volleyball club challenged it’s players to submit a video of us cooking a healthy recipe. Due to my lack of time and creativity, I decided to make a salad for dinner. Enjoy!
OLGA’S VERY SPECIAL UNIQUE HOMEMADE SAUCE:
The natural mixture to strengthen the immune system:
1 horseradish root
1 garlic
2-3 ginger roots
1 large white onion
3-4 Jalapeño peppers
Peel all ingredients, finely chop, and then grind in a blender, gradually adding apple cider vinegar. The amount of vinegar 3 – 5 tablespoons or how much is needed for a mushy state of the mixture.
Then add one full tablespoon of Caujan pepper powder. Mix everything thoroughly and put in a glass jar.
Keep refrigerated.
Use one teaspoon per day, adding this mixture to porridge, soup or broth. It is also possible in unsweetened yogurt or cottage cheese.
The mixture is very hot, so the dosage can vary.
