WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | at home healthy meals

I wanted to show you what I eat on a regular day when I’m stuck at home… Even when we are in our houses all day, we can still be motivated to stay healthy and eat good food!! Enjoy 🙂

Breakfast:
– Warm Lemon Water
– Lava Plain Plant Based Yogurt with Raspberries and Blueberries
– Supplements: Organic India Ashwaganda and Natural Whole Food Vitamin for Teens
– 2 Scrambled Eggs with Almond Milk, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Spinach, Salt, Pepper, and Turmeric
– Sourdough Spelt Bread with Ghee Clarified Butter

Lunch:
– Siete Almond Flour Wrap with Turkey, Lettuce, Avocado, and Mustard
– Buddha’s Brew Pineapple Super Greens Kombucha

Dinner:
– Siete Almond Flour Tortilla Pizza with Sauce, Chicken, Onions, Spinach, and Mushrooms
– Sautéed Broccoli and Baby Boy Choy with Miso Paste and a Ginger, Lemon, Garlic Dressing
– Corned Beef with Cabbage and Carrots

Dessert:
– Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies with Almond Milk (Recipe below)
– Cookie Recipe:
(Used Date Syrup Instead of Honey)

Tea:
– Stash Lemon Ginger Tea (Not My Fav… I’d Recommend the Organic India Tulsi Lemon Ginger Tea)
